DMT Individual session

Half a year ago I was by chance offered a free individual DMT (dance movement therapy) session with Sahirine. I didn’t know what to expect, but the perfect combination of movement, introspection and relaxation, exceeded all my expectations.

 

Sahirine is a lovely person who radiates positivity and I very much enjoy my time with her. She also offers different combinations of early morning online pilates/yoga, which is perfect for people like me who have troubles waking up and getting that energy running. After my morning exercise with Sahirine I always feel energized, happy and ready for the day :)

M-Powerme Sessions

I have never been very consistent in personal training. But since I met Sahirine 4 years ago and I've started M-Powerme classes (personal reflection, stretching, and early morning activation) early this year, I established a routine and managed to stay firm. In her routines, everyone works and evolves at their own pace, and the atmosphere she achieves in the classes is relaxed and calm, a nice space where you can feel safe and let yourself go... I really enjoy the classes, and I look forward to starting again early on September... You can't miss them either!!!
